It's Time To Take Action

2020 was a year that took a lot of us by surprise and kinda knocked us all on our backs. We're a little more than a month into 2021, and it seems that things have continued to be about the same.

But this year, we've told ourselves, "This year is going to be different."

A wise person once told me, "It's not about how hard life knocks you down that matters. It's what you do next."

I don't know about you, but I am tired of life knocking me down. It's time to stand back up and this time, with a smile.

How The Journey Works

Each week I will share an update of the previous week, sharing the following:

  • Nutrition and workouts
  • Sleep and energy levels
  • Hormones and alkaline levels
  • Emotional and psychological changes

Keeping Your Hands Open

August 22, 2021 • 5 Minute Read

I think one of the hardest things in life to realize is that things will always come and go. Both good and bad moments fade. And after the moment has passed, it's up to us to understand them for what they are but try not to hold onto them for too long.
