The After-Hours Health & Life Coaching is a program setup to help people who are tired of finding themselves repeating the same things over and over, powering through an uphill battle and not seeing lasting change.

When you choose one of our coaching programs, you'll meet weekly with a life coach who is not only going to help you gain clarity on what you really want, in regards to your health, but also figure out the best plan of action so that you stop finding yourself in the same situation year after year.

When you partner with a health and life coach, our goals together are to:

Start Working With Your Life Coach

Currently we are only offering online and in-person coaching sessions in Durham, NC.

Health and life coaching clients must demonstrate medical stability, physical health evaluation, ability to manage and resolve eating disorder behaviors independently (if present), and lacking any high risk psychological or medical needs and concerns. If a diagnosis or higher level of care is required, recommendations will be made to have these issues addressed. Health and life coaching is not therapy or a medical treatment and I will NOT diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions as I am not licensed by the state as a healing arts practitioner.
