Start Your Training Transformation

Currently we are only offering online and in-person training sessions in Apex, NC.

Personal training clients must demonstrate medical stability, physical health evaluation, ability to manage and resolve eating disorder behaviors independently (if present), and lacking any high risk psychological or medical needs and concerns. If a diagnosis or higher level of care is required, recommendations will be made to have these issues addressed. Personal training is not physical recovery/treatment or medical treatment.
