Josh Hines started Second Chance Athletics in 2019 after going through a fitness transformation of his own and wanting to share his methods with those who were looking to do the same. Josh approaches health from a holistic view and contributes his transformation to managing three areas of his life; physical, nutritional and emotional. By focusing on these three areas of your life, you are able to reclaim your life and reach your fitness goals.

What Happens When I Sign Up?

When you sign up for personal training you will be added to our email mailing list and will be asked to schedule an appointment where we will:

  • Set up your account to track your fitness and nutrition
  • Complete forms to learn about who your health background and limitations
  • Schedule when you are available to train
  • Discuss goals and current lifestyle and access current capabilities
  • On second visit will determine workout training fitness plan
  • Every month we will do a check-in to measure and celebrate progress

How Much Will This Cost?

The general public price for personal training will be $40 USD per 30 minute session or $70 USD per 60 minute session.

Right now as we are launching and building a community, we are offering launch prices. Currently we are only offering personal training sessions in Raleigh, Cary and Durham, North Carolina.
